About Emperormemories Pest Control and How Referrals Work
What Emperormemories Pest Control Is
Emperormemories Pest Control is a referral service. We help homeowners in Birmingham and the Birmingham area reach independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. We are the front door. The providers are the ones who walk through your home and do the job.
Why This Exists
Say you notice a few droppings in a pantry corner. You search online and find a long list of names. It is hard to tell where to begin. Many people wait, and a small problem grows into a larger repair.
We built this service around catching it small. You describe what you saw, and we help you reach someone who can look at it.
How Matching Works
It starts with a short conversation. We ask what you found, where, and for how long. We ask about the type of home and whether you have seen the pest in daylight. Then we connect you with a provider in our network who handles that kind of problem in your area.
The network covers everyday pests, termites, bed bug treatment, rodents and wildlife. Not every provider does every job, so matching matters.
What We Expect From Providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to be honest and clear in how they work with homeowners.
- Explain what they found in plain language
- Give a written quote before work begins
- Be upfront about timing, which varies by provider
- Treat your home with care
Licensing and insurance rules differ by state and by job type. It is smart to ask any provider about theirs.
What We Do Not Do
We do not treat, trap, seal or remove anything. We do not set prices, and we do not promise results. The provider you speak with sets the scope and the price of the work.
We also do not give legal or insurance advice. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your own policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
Notes and Photos Help Everyone
Before you talk to a provider, jot down what you saw and when. Take a few clear photos. Keep any receipts from past treatments. This paperwork makes estimates easier to compare, and it is useful if you ever talk to an insurer.
How the Service Is Funded
Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when a connection leads to work. Asking for a connection does not obligate you to hire anyone. You can compare, ask questions and say no.
Get Connected
If you have spotted something small, now is a good time to ask about it. Talk to a provider about what you saw, then decide what comes next.
You can also send the details in writing and request an estimate.
Request a callback
Seen a trail of ants, droppings or sawdust-like specks? Request a callback or send a request, and we will point you to a provider in our network.
